There are  42 different prints, divided evenly into seven distinct color palettes, including brighter and softer tones of each for limitless mix-match possibilities and for monochromatic projects alike.

There is also a lovely free “Aunt Grace” quilt pattern that showcases these fabrics, which completes a 55 1/2″ x 64″ quilt.

These fabrics are available as of July lst, but if you do not find them in your favorite store, let them know you are interested in having them carry this new line.  It is so new, they may not be aware of it.  Marcus Fabrics also has a store directory that may help you find a store near you that carries these fabrics.  Online, the Fat Quarter Shop will also have these fabrics available.

A Sneak Peek on QuiltConWest 2016

For those attending QuiltConWest, today I want to share insights to heighten your awareness of this upcoming event and encourage you to attend, if possible.  For those not able to attend QuiltConWest, I’ll be attending and sharing insights during the event with those that follow me on Instagram, Facebook, as well as Twitter.  Of course, blog followers will also get updates after I’ve attended this event (to be shared sometime next week). And, I’m hopeful to pick up some fun items to create a special QuiltConWest giveaway for followers.  For now, here are a special sneak peek:

Marcus Fabrics has created an excellent QuiltCon 2016 Magazine, packed with insights about their new Studio 37 fabric line. For attendees at QuiltConWest I want to encourage you to visit their booth to learn about these new fabrics, but to also take advantage of an wonderful opportunity to help make charity quilts.

Marcus Fabrics will have mini-sewing stations setup where they will provide all the supplies, attendees can simply take time to stitch a block using new Studio 37 fabrics.  Later, the Studio 37 Fabric designers Victoria Findlay Wolfe and Sarah Maxwell, will turn these blocks into quilts to Support ALS Research.  Plus, everyone that completes a block gets a FREE fat quarter, plus the chance to win one of three Studio 37 Goodie Baskets!

To clarify, all the quilts made with these blocks will be donated to the Hope and Dreams Quilt Challenge, organized by Quilter’s Dream Batting.
